Your responsibilities will include:Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial heating and cooling systemsPerform routine maintenance and system troubleshootingProvide repair vs. replacement recommendations with honesty and professionalismDeliver an outstanding customer experience on every callMentor and support junior techniciansShare feedback with the Service Manager on training needs, inventory, parts, and pricingMaintain company standards for safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfactionWhat We're Looking For3-5+ years of experience as a residential or commercial HVAC service technicianValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordStrong understanding of HVAC diagnostics and troubleshootingAbility to read wiring diagrams and blueprintsExperience making repair and replacement recommendationsExcellent customer service and communication skillsDemonstrated leadership, accountability, and teamworkAbility to safely operate scissor lifts and Genie liftsBasic sheet metal knowledgeUnderstanding of air balancing principlesPreferred QualificationsUniversal EPA CertificationHVAC technical school certificateOwnership of required hand toolsPay & ScheduleHourly Pay: $40.00-$47.00 (based on experience)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PMOvertime: Available as neededNo on-call shiftsNo regularly scheduled weekend workBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance Begins the first of the month after 60 daysCompany pays 85% of employee premiums and 75% for dependents40 hours of sick pay annually (after 90 days)Paid Time Off (PTO)401(k) with company match up to 6%10 paid holidays
