Our corporate team plays a critical role in ensuring our systems and operations run efficiently to support our frontline teams.Position OverviewComplete Care Management is seeking a highly experienced HRIS Analyst (Contract) to support our HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping systems for a 6-month engagement .This role requires strong, hands-on expertise in UKG Pro and UKG WFM , with the ability to step in immediately, troubleshoot complex issues, and support ongoing system operations with minimal training.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced support for UKG Pro (HR/Payroll) and UKG Pro WFM (Timekeeping) , including time clocks and device troubleshootingPerform system configuration updates including security, pay rules, and system settingsMonitor and resolve issues related to integrations, APIs, and scheduled jobsManage and respond to tickets through systems such as FreshworksTroubleshoot and resolve complex payroll, timekeeping, and data issuesSupport process improvements and automation initiatives across HRIS systemsGenerate, validate, and analyze HR and Payroll reports and data requestsPartner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure system accuracy and performanceMaintain and enhance system documentation and workflowsRequired Qualifications3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) and/or UKG WFM (Kronos)Strong, working knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping systemsProven ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve system issuesAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large data sets)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionPreferred QualificationsExperience with system integrations, APIs, or data interfacesWorking knowledge of SQL or data queryingExperience with automation, scheduled jobs, or data transfersFamiliarity with ticketing systems such as FreshworksWhy Join Complete Care?Immediate impact role with a growing healthcare organizationOpportunity to work on complex, high-visibility HRIS initiativesCollaborative and fast-paced corporate environmentStrong team support across HR, Payroll, and ITImportant NotesThis is a 6-month contract positionOn-site presence required in Toms River, NJCandidates must have strong UKG experience to be considered#LI-LA1
