In this Solutions Sales role, you’ll combine technical expertise with strong commercial instincts to deliver customer-focused solutions that fuel business growth.
Your Role with the Company
Identifying and engaging new markets and customers, positioning the company as the go-to automation solutions partner
Building and nurturing trusted relationships, from daily operations to the executive level
Serving as the lead point of contact for accounts, understanding customer roadmaps and uncovering opportunities
Delivering results by meeting revenue targets and providing accurate forecasts
You will also, combine technical expertise with strong commercial instincts to deliver customer-focused solutions that fuel business growth.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related)
5+ years of automation and/or controls systems experience
Knowledge of PLC, VFD, SCADA, and related automation technologies
Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable advocating solutions to customers
Thorough understanding of control system design and coding
Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously
Background in sales and customer service with commercial expertise
Demonstrated experience solving complex automation challenges
1+ year in a sales role, or 5+ years in applications engineering with customer interface and financial project involvement
