The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, writing high-quality code, and contributing to the design of robust, high-performance applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend applications using Core JavaWrite clean, efficient, and well-structured code following best practicesDevelop and consume RESTful APIs and microservicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirementsOptimize application performance and ensure scalabilityDebug and resolve technical issues in development and production environmentsParticipate in code reviews and maintain coding standardsContribute to system design and architecture discussionsWrite unit and integration test casesRequired SkillsStrong proficiency in Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling)Excellent coding and problem-solving skills (Data Structures & Algorithms)Hands-on experience with Java 8+ features (Streams, Lambda expressions)Experience with Spring Boot / Spring FrameworkKnowledge of REST APIs and Microservices architectureExperience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)Familiarity with Git/version control systemsPreferred SkillsExperience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelinesUnderstanding of design patterns and system design principlesExperience10–15 years of experience in Java backend development
