We are seeking two motivated contract professionals to join a dynamic, 10-person Dispute Operations team within a leading Fortune 500 financial services enterprise.This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional or someone looking to break into the corporate financial sector.In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing and entering dispute-related information between internal platforms and external databases. Your focus is entirely on data integrity, smooth system handoffs, and operational excellence.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesSystem Navigation & Data Entry: Manage a "swivel chair" operation, accurately moving and processing dispute-related information between multiple internal and external systems.Data Review: Analyze case information to determine the appropriate data entries before processing, ensuring complete accuracy.Team Collaboration: Work closely with a designated Researcher on complex or escalated cases, coordinating smooth handoffs and maintaining clear communication.Documentation: Enter clear case comments and documentation that may ultimately be visible to customers.Spreadsheet Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to maintain records and track progress as the team transitions platforms.Must-Haves:Spreadsheet Comfort: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.Sharp Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy is crucial in this regulated environment—you catch the small things others miss.Strong Communication: Reliable, clear communication skills for collaborating with teammates and researchers.Adaptability: A quick learner who is comfortable learning new enterprise software, systems, and documented procedures.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage your daily workflow efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Nice-to-Haves:Tableau Knowledge: Experience navigating and viewing dashboards (Tableau is used as our work queue; no development or coding required).Prior Experience: Previous experience in data entry, enterprise corporate environments, dispute operations, or as a Chargeback Analyst.Excel Skills: Familiarity with pivot tables is a plus.
