License must be in hand at time of application.Certifications BLSSpecialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Case Management in last 3 years.Skills Assessment CMA skills assessment with 2.7+ score.References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 2 years. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year.Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. Experience in clinical performance improvement and data mining for productivity/length of stay metricsTravel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend.
