Mobile Software Engineering Manager

Overview In this role you own and drive the mobile product strategy and agile processes for NTENT’s mobile offerings. You will architect mobile apps, select optimal tools, and guide a mobile engineering team to deliver high-quality experiences. You’ll collaborate with backend, product, QA, design and operations to solve complex problems and ship end-to-end mobile solutions. You’ll influence recruitment and stay ahead of mobile trends to keep our apps competitive. This is a hands-on leadership role that shapes mobile engineering at scale. ResponsibilitiesOwn and improve NTENT’s mobile products and agile processesDesign and architect mobile applications and servicesSelect tools/technologies to optimize mobile experience across Android and SDKsLead, mentor and guide mobile developers within the teamAssist in attracting and recruiting top mobile talent with support from HR/Talent AcquisitionCollaborate closely with backend, Product, QA, UI/UX and operations teamsSolve complex problems with excellent debugging and estimation skillsStay informed on current and future mobile technologies Key requirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field≥5 years of professional experience leading software engineering teams≥3 years mobile software development on Android (Java, Android SDK) and related languages (Objective-C, Swift, Xcode)≥3 years hands-on experience with agile and continuous delivery practicesProven track record delivering full end-to-end commercial mobile apps from design to app store deploymentleadership and mentoringproblem solving and debuggingcross-functional collaborationAndroid developmentJavaAndroid SDK
