This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance transportation logistics, people leadership, customer relationship management, and financial accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily transportation and hauling operationsLead, coach, and develop drivers and field personnel to ensure safe, efficient executionBuild strong relationships with customers and act as a primary operational point of contactQuote hauling work and support pricing decisions to drive profitable growthDevelop and manage weekly and monthly revenue forecastsMonitor route efficiency, productivity, and cost performanceEnsure compliance with safety, DOT, and company operational standardsPartner with dispatch and sales teams to maximize booking opportunitiesRespond to customer issues and operational challenges with urgency and professionalismThe base pay range for this role is estimated to be $95,000 - $105,000yearly at the time of posting.
