Tool & Die Maker - Split Shift

*Pro Stamp* is a quickly growing metal stamping and assembly company that has an opportunity for a motivated Tool & Die person to take on Tool & Die Repair and Die Changeovers. The successful candidate for this position will be able to _troubleshoot and perform_ metal stamping tool repair, perform die changeovers and monitor a tool preventive maintenance program of our fast growing metal stamping and assembly operation. Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot, repair and maintain stamping dies * Efficiently perform die changeovers * Maintain a preventive maintenance program for dies * Repair and maintain stamping and assembly fixtures * Team with production and quality to troubleshoot manufacturing concerns * Maintain a well organized inventory store of needed tool components * Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications: * Certified Tool & Die Maker, equivalent experience may be considered * Setup and proficiently operate all tool room equipment including welders, lathes, mills, etc. * Proficiency for Blueprint/CAD reading * Progressive and line die experience * Ability to troubleshoot problems at the press * Die sensor installation and troubleshooting experience * Must have your own tools Third party recruiters or Agency submissions will not be considered.
