Palantir Lead - Raymond/Marysville, OH - OnsiteContract positionJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Palantir Lead / Architect with over 10 years of overall experience and strong expertise in the Palantir Foundry ecosystem.The role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable data platforms and AI-driven solutions for enterprise use cases.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement end-to-end data solutions using the Palantir Foundry platformBuild and manage data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and orchestrationDevelop and maintain Foundry Ontology models to represent business entities and relationshipsWork on Contour / AIP (Artificial Intelligence Platform) for AI/ML-driven workflows and decision supportUtilize Quiver for advanced analytics and data exploration use casesCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven applications and workflowsEnsure data governance, lineage, security, and performance optimizationDrive best practices for data engineering, architecture, and deployment within Palantir ecosystemSupport production deployments, troubleshooting, and optimization of pipelines and applicationsRequired Skills & Experience 10+ years of overall IT experience, with strong focus on data/platform engineeringHands-on experience with:Palantir Foundry (must-have)Pipeline Builder / Code Repositories within FoundryOntology modelingContour / AIPQuiverStrong expertise in:Data engineering and pipeline developmentData modeling and schema designDistributed data processing conceptsProficiency in Python / SQLExperience in data governance and data quality frameworksAbility to work in client-facing roles and drive solution discussionsPreferred SkillsExperience in cloud platforms (AWS preferred)Exposure to AI/ML integration and use-case developmentKnowledge of data mesh / data product architectureStrong understanding of enterprise data ecosystemsSoft SkillsStrong stakeholder communication and leadership skillsAbility to drive end-to-end solution ownershipExperience working in onsite-offshore collaboration model
