All benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of the plan document or insurance policy.Average annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate are provided during the first 60 days.Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. Sick time required by state or local law will reduce PTO accrual accordingly.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.At least 18 years of age.Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.Legally authorized to work in the United States.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift 10 pounds.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Training RequirementsAll Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date, which may include overnight travel at the company's expense.
