Ability to remain calm and composed when interacting with agitated/unreasonable/unstable individuals.Must Have Open AvailabilityScheduleFull-time positionTuesday through Saturday or Tuesday through FridayMorning shiftResponsibilitiesPerform multiple duties as specified in Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Read, understand, and remain highly familiar with all Post Orders to ensure quick, reliable, and professional service.Serve as a visible deterrent to crime and unauthorized activity.Detect and report suspicious or criminal activity on or near the property, including threats toward clients, employees, guests, or company assets.Provide exceptional customer service to clients, customers, and visitors.Complete all tasks assigned by clients and supervisors in a timely and professional manner.Monitor, maintain, and inspect facilities to ensure safety and security standards are met.Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations as required.Respond to incidents, gather relevant information, and complete accurate documentation and reports.Contact emergency personnel when necessary in high-risk or emergency situations.QualificationsMust have open availability and flexibility to work all shifts and days as needed.Vehicle patrol experience required.Valid BSIS Guard Card required.Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record required.High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.Must be available to work weekends and holidays.Minimum 3+ years of security experience required.Supervisor experience required.Guaranteed 40 hours per week with possible overtime opportunities.Pay rate and work schedule will be discussed during the interview process.Compensation is based on experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: Starting at $23.00 per hour401(k)Health insuranceLicense/CertificationGuard Card (Required)Relocation RequirementMust be willing to relocate to San Diego, CA before starting work.J-18808-Ljbffr
