As a CPR Instructor, you will play a crucial role in providing life-saving training to individuals and organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CPR instruction, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively.Responsibilities:Conduct CPR training sessions for individuals and groups in accordance with established guidelines and curriculumEvaluate participants' performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their life-saving skillsStay updated on the latest CPR techniques, guidelines, and industry best practicesAdapt training methods to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of participantsCollaborate with internal teams to coordinate training schedules, locations, and materialsMaintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and certificationsProvide excellent customer service and address participant inquiries or concernsQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CPR Instructor within the last 5 yearsBilingual mandatory (English and Spanish)Current/Valid CPR instructor certification from a recognized organization.
