This is a hands-on role that contributes directly to the efficiency, safety, and overall productivity of the warehouse.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and experienced in warehouse environments-especially those involving high-volume manufacturing or inventory control.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as primary operational support for the Production & Blending Manager.Forecast and track inventory levels to meet business needs.Conduct research and communicate effectively with internal departments.Substitute for warehouse staff across various roles as needed.Help enforce warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs).Execute processes for verifying incoming/outgoing shipments and handling merchandise.Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records.Ensure all safety procedures are followed and help improve them when necessary.Inspect warehouse equipment and physical conditions to maintain a safe environment.Assist in implementing and maintaining building security protocols.RequirementsStrong communication and research skills.Analytical and mathematical proficiency.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to adapt to changing priorities.Warehouse experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.Understanding of inventory control and reporting practices.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle pressure effectively.Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.Ability to operate a pallet jack, forklift, or order picker while following OSHA safety standards.
