Our team in Ligonier, IN is accepting applications for Manufacturing Production Operators. We are seeking skilled and dependable Machine Operators to join our factory production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Pay Rate: $17.00 / hour Duties:Set up, operate, and monitor machines in the warehouse to manufacture products according to specificationsInspect parts and products for quality assurancePerform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance as neededFollow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Maintain a clean and organized work areaSupport team members with other production tasks as requiredRepetitive assembly actions in a team environmentThis role requires walking, standing, lifting 30lbs, additional responsibilities include installing components, moving product and having exceptional attention to detail for quality control.Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.
