Title: The Supply Planning Coordinator - Service OperationsLocation: Weston, FLDuration: 12 Months of contract + possible extensionPayrate: $27/hron W2Job Summary:The Supply Planning Coordinator Service Operations is responsible for executing key transactional and inventory control activities that ensure service supply readiness and accurate system alignment.This role maintains ERP/Salesforce data integrity, supports clean financial and planning signals, and provides accurate operational inputs for leadership reporting.The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proficient in SAP/ERP environments, and skilled at maintaining precise transactions in a fast-paced service operation.Key Responsibilities:Inventory & System TransactionsLog and track robotic components received from vendors and ensure correct system flows. Verify stock locations against ERP status; confirm Quality has transitioned units to appropriate bins and escalate discrepancies.Raise consumption sales orders from Salesforce into ERP with complete and accurate details.Return serviced units to inventory after inspection and workflow validation.Reconcile physical inventory counts against ERP balances and escalate mismatches.Operational Controls & CompliancePerform first-level control checks across ERP/Salesforce to ensure service data integrity. - Maintain accurate part status, locations, and transactions to support financial accuracy and clear supply planning signals.Reporting & Communication - Pull scheduled ERP/Salesforce reports, including stock levels, consumption activity, and back orders.Compile clean operational data for leadership summaries, performance tracking, and planning reviews.Qualifications -1-3 years of experience in supply chain, service operations, or inventory control. - Understanding of service supply planning triggers (consumption, return to stock, repair loop inventory). Ability to work with cross functional partners such as Quality, Warehouse, and Customer Service.Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleanup).High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications -Experience with SAP, Salesforce, repair/service environments, or reverse logistics. - Familiarity with ERP systems (Expandable ERP, Oracle, NetSuite). - Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleanup).Competencies -Strong problem solving and escalation judgmentSystem accuracy and process discipline Clear verbal and written communicationAbility to multitask and prioritize Ownership mentality and accountability.
