This role involves leading a team, ensuring quality floor care services, and operating specialized equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.Deliver high-quality service and professionalism, upholding the standards and integrity of the Environmental Services DepartmentClean, maintain, and care for a variety of floor types, including tile, carpet, and brickComplete assigned tasks efficiently and on scheduleFollow established procedures for the correct use of cleaning chemicals and suppliesOperate, maintain, and care for floor cleaning equipment safely and properlyConsistently observe safety protocols, including the use of “wet floor” signs and other precautionsWork independently with minimal supervisionPromptly report any safety hazards or concernsMinimum of (2) years’ experience and Supervisory experienceMust know how to Strip, Refinish and Burnish Hard FloorsStrong communication skills and ability to follow instructionsReliable transportationA valid Driver's License with good driving record may be requiredJoin our team of Extraordinary People committed to delivering Exceptional Service.
