This role creates an inclusive, student-centered classroom where high expectations, formative assessment, and data-informed instruction guide daily practice. The teacher plans engaging lessons that differentiate for varied learning needs, integrates real-world applications to deepen conceptual understanding, and fosters students' social and emotional growth. Strong communication and collaboration with colleagues, families, and school leaders support continuous improvement of instruction and student outcomes. The Math Teacher also contributes to schoolwide initiatives, participates in professional learning, and maintains a safe, respectful classroom environment.Qualifications:Possess or be eligible for a valid Delaware teaching license and be certified as Middle Level Mathematics Teacher in accordance with 14 Del. C. § 1532 or Secondary Mathematics Teacher in accordance with 14 Del.
