Services include chiropractic adjustments, corrective exercises, spinal decompression, posture education, and wellness strategies designed to help patients move better, feel stronger, and live healthier naturally.Role DescriptionThe Chiropractic Assistant position is a part-time, on-site role based in Sunrise, FL. This team member plays a vital role in both patient care and daily office operations, helping create a smooth, energetic, and positive experience for every patient who walks through the door.Daily responsibilities include assisting the chiropractor with patient flow, preparing therapy areas, guiding patients through prescribed therapies and exercises, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the office, and supporting front desk operations when needed. The Chiropractic Assistant will help patients feel comfortable, educated, and encouraged throughout their care plans while ensuring efficient communication between the clinical and administrative teams.Additional responsibilities may include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, maintaining accurate records within the practice management system, and assisting with community outreach or office events. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, dependable, health-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced wellness environment.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive attitude.Excellent customer service skills and the ability to make patients feel welcomed and cared for.Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced clinical setting.Comfortable assisting patients with therapies, exercises, and wellness education.Professional phone etiquette and scheduling experience preferred.Basic computer literacy and ability to learn EHR/practice management systems.High school diploma or equivalent required.Prior experience in a chiropractic, medical, fitness, wellness, or customer service environment is preferred but not required.Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Availability to work part-time hours, including morning and/or evening shifts as needed.
