We are currently seeking an experienced RegionalSales Manager to join our sales team and manage the Northwest U.S.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain positive, strong, trusted advisor relationships with a portfolio of accountsPenetrate new markets and generate new business within the regionGrow market share and add to the existing portfolio of accountsOwn the customer relationship and act as the main point of contactCreative mutually beneficial solutions and resolve potential conflicts in a timely mannerPrepare reports on account statusSet and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectivesMonitor sales metrics (including but not limited to quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Be an integral part of the process to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growthAttend and participate in regional and national tradeshows Requirements and skills3-5 years proven work experience as a regional sales manager or regional account executiveExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesKnowledge of CRM software and MS OfficeExperience delivering client-focused solutionsProven ability to handle multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailUnderstanding of sales performance metricsAn ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on timeBusiness acumen with a problem-solving attitudeRequires 60-70% travel within territoryBA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field preferredPrevious experience in the Pool and Spa industry preferred Pay and Benefits·       Base salary plus commission·       All travel expenses paid·       Comprehensive medical/dental, 401k, paid-time-offFeatured benefitsMedical insurance, 401(k), Dental insurance
