Job Summary: We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to be the face of our hotel and provide guests with a warm, welcoming experience. This role is essential in ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with reservations. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Must have weekend availability. Responsibilities: Greet and check in guests with a professional and friendly attitude. Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and event space. Assist with event bookings and coordinate with hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences. Manage payments and billing, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized. Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met. Qualifications: Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using hotel management software or the ability to learn quickly. A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
