Front of House Manager
This position requires previous restaurant or service industry leadership experience.

Our FOH Managers are responsible for leading shifts according to the business goals, supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A FOH Manager's two main areas of focus are leading the shift to the expected operational excellence standards and coaching/developing team members. FOH Managers lead by example at all times and set the tone that the team will follow.

FOH Manager Responsibilities
Leading operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for the team
Be a friendly, encouraging team player
Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
Count drawers and finalize day
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Servant Leader at all times
Ensures that our guests receive delicious food, served in a reasonable amount of time by friendly team members in an incredibly clean restaurant.

Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
Understands the importance of executing operational excellence from a guest experience perspective and a business results perspective.
