The Attorney will be responsible for advising clients, conducting legal research, handling cases pertaining to estate planning, traffic citations, divorce and custody, evictions, general sessions small claims matters, Orders of Protection, and basic civil litigation. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing legal documents, representing clients in court or legal proceedings, and providing sound legal advice to safeguard client interests.
