Phlebotomist IPay Range $22.00/hr - $27.20/hrThe Phlebotomist I represents the face of the company to patients, drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.Requirement/Must Have:High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 6 months experience required.Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington).Responsibilities:Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.Maintain a safe and professional environment.Perform both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.Maintain required records and documentation.Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.Nice to Have:One or more years of phlebotomy experience preferred.Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.Keyboard/data entry experience.Skills:Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.Qualification And Education:Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
