Nebulai is committed to reshaping how companies access talent and technology to accelerate digital transformation and growth.Role Description This is a full-time Growth Marketer role based in Miami, FL, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The Growth Marketer will design, execute, and optimize data-driven campaigns to acquire, activate, and retain users across Nebulai’s Intelligent Solutions and Talent Marketplace. Responsibilities include developing and testing growth experiments, managing multi-channel lead generation initiatives, and continuously improving conversion funnels. The person in this role will analyze performance data, leverage web and marketing analytics tools, and turn insights into actionable strategies. Day-to-day work will also involve close collaboration with product, sales, and content teams to align growth efforts with business objectives and brand positioning.Qualifications Proficiency in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking to design, run, and optimize experiments across the user lifecycle.Strong Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and drive evidence-based decisions.Experience in Lead Generation, including planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified opportunities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.Hands-on experience with common growth and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, A/B testing tools).Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines independently and collaboratively.Experience in B2B tech, AI, or marketplace platforms is strongly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
