Assembler

Job Description Overview:We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our assembler team. In this role you will be responsible for assembling industrial machines using a variety of components. This is a hands-on position that requires both mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Responsibilities:Assemble machines and subassemblies using provided parts and drawingsInstall components such as shafts, sprockets bearings, and other hardwareUse hand tools and power tools to complete assembliesEnsure all components are installed correctly and function as intendedInspect work to maintain quality and accuracy standardsTroubleshoot minor fitment or alignment issues during assemblyMaintain a clean and organized workspaceFollow safety procedures at all timesPreferred Skills & Experience:Mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or hands-on technical experienceFamiliarity with hand tools (wrenches, drills, tape measure, etc.)Basic understanding of mechanical systems and how parts fit/work togetherAbility to read and interpret basic drawings or instructionsExperience working with bearings, chains, sprockets, or similar components is a plusTraits we are looking for:Strong attention to detailGood problem-solving ability and mechanical intuitionReliable and shows up on time ready to workWillingness to learn and take directionAbility to work independently and stay productiveTeam-oriented mindsetBenefits:401(K)Dental InsuranceHealth InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time OffRetirement planVision InsuranceRequirements:Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid drivers license.Additional Notes:This is a hands-on roleIdeal for someone who enjoys building and working with mechanical systemsExpected hoursM-F, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMOptional overtime is occasionally availableMust be able to commute to Flemington, NJ 08822• Expected hourso M-F, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMo Optional overtime is occasionally available
