Sr Financial Analyst - Workday Financials - REMOTEJob OverviewAnn & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst specializing in Workday Financials to support our finance team remotely. The role involves developing and maintaining financial reports and dashboards within the Workday platform, supporting various finance functions including accounting, budgeting, grants, and payroll.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and enhance Payroll Cost Allocation (PCA) and Payroll Accounting Adjustment (PAA) processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced reports and dashboards.Design, develop, and test complex Workday reports and dashboards.Ensure data integrity and compliance with governance standards.Participate in system upgrades and perform regression testing.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving finance-related system issues.Engage with the Workday Community to leverage new functionalities.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience supporting and administering Workday Financials (ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED).At least 3 years of experience in Workday report writing, including complex calculated fields.Strong understanding of security dependencies within Workday modules.Bachelor's Degree in a related field.Skills and AbilitiesExcellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $93,600 - $154,440.
