Here's a peek at the experiences that await you:Lead components of the buildout for the Candidate Experience Resource Page on The CTA internal SharePoint Site, InsideCTA, ensuring content is clear, intuitive, and accessible-out for the Candidate Experience Resource Page onAssist with structuring and designing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Governance framework, including organization, formatting, and indexing of SOP contentCreate and organize the communication repository that will be housed on InsideCTA in support of streamlined candidate experience communicationsPartner directly with Candidate Experience Manager to understand how initiatives are launched, measured, improved, and operationalizedWho You AreYou're ready to learn and ready to grow.
