Pc Technical Support

Description Our customer is a family-owned enterprise-level retail company that was started in Bradenton, Florida over 100 years ago. Our customer currently has 650 locations throughout the southeast and is looking to grow up to 400 new stores over the next few years. The end-user services team is focusing on getting more modern within their technologies and needs two PC Techs to help support the rollout of new pin pads.These PC Techs will be responsible for providing support to the store’s hardware systems and POS systems as they are rolling out new pin pads. As well as supporting end users’ equipment to assist in imaging and troubleshooting. This person will work heavily within Windows 10 and will need to be comfortable working within the application. Most of the work is remote support, remote registering, and verifying and correcting POS settings. There is a script to follow and a set of instructions for the actual work.
