Elevate….your dining table and your career!How You Will Make An ImpactLead strategic account initiatives by developing and executing profitable marketing programs for key customersDrive program development from concept through execution, including product mix, packaging, merchandising, and pricing strategyStrengthen customer partnerships through regular engagement, presentations, training participation, and strategic collaborationDevelop pricing strategies that support profitability goals while aligning with customer expectations and market trendsLead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Design, Manufacturing, and Product Development teams to deliver successful programsAnalyze business performance through forecasting, budgeting, sales analysis, and market trend evaluationBring the customer perspective to the business by gathering competitive insights, conducting store visits, and identifying emerging opportunitiesSupport and develop team success through coaching, collaboration, and process improvement initiativesThe EssentialsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of related experience in channel management, marketing, sales support, or account managementStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsExperience leading cross-functional projects and initiativesStrong analytical, organizational, and project management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsOptional But ImpressiveMaster’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldExperience with merchandising and packaging strategyBackground supporting large customer accounts or channel-specific business developmentExperience managing or mentoring team membersKnowledge of foodservice, consumer products, or disposable tabletop industriesWe invite all qualified applicants to apply, including individuals with disabilities or protected veterans, and provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, or disability.
