Our ideal candidate will proactively identify SEM/PPC opportunities while staying up to date on the latest trends and best practices within the SEM industry.What You'll Do Here:Track, measure and report performance media campaigns across multiple advertising servicesOptimize performance media campaigns across multiple Advertising ServicesSupport performance media team in developing strategies as well as the day to day management of accountsCreation and interpretation of client program analysis and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc)Provide subject matter expertise on performance media, web analytics, user experience and behavior, data analysis and reportingResponsible for coordination and tracking of regular performance media tasks as well as ad-hoc deliverablesCreate data-driven insights about visitor behavior from website data on traffic patterns, order volume, conversion, navigation behavior, product selections, etc.Identification of opportunities for efficiencies in processes (i.e. Automation)Keyword research, keyword lists, and keyword bucketing developmentManage all search related paid marketing opportunities.Manage client media budgetsAnalysis and optimization of keyword ad copy and landing pages / AB testingMonitor and assess competitive activity and keyword ranking performanceFollow and stay on top of industry best practices from Google, Yahoo, MSN etc.Collaborate with management team to develop new campaigns and strategiesDeliver online and digital reporting to executive management and internal teams as it relates to budget, campaign performance and testing resultsDevelopment and occasional presentation of client ready presentationsWeekly client reportingTravel to client for meetings as neededBuild and maintain an understanding of current topics in Performance Media, web analytics, data management, tools and technologies related to teams core responsibilitiesWe Need a Person With:Bachelor’s degree – preferably in marketing, communications or business administration5-7 years of paid search and online marketing experience in an agency settingExperience managing and mentoring a team Expertise with Google Ads and Bing AdCenterStrong knowledge of and experience with analytics and testing toolsUnderstanding of direct response and interactive marketing best practicesProficiency in the Microsoft Office software Suite and Apple Productivity Apps (Pages, Keynote & Numbers)Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days per week) from our Charleston, SC, Denver, CO or San Diego, CA Office.Ability to work both independently and in a team environmentProfessional and personal integrityExperience managing large paid search digital marketing media budgets and hitting monthly goals for spend, revenue and key performance metricsA detail-oriented mindset, focused on driving results and analyzing data to gain insights and opportunities for growthExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrategic thinker with strong analytical skillsExperience with online bid management platformsFamiliarity with online media planning / buying and performance metricsGoogle Ads certificationCompensation:Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 (Pay range is based on a market reference point and potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, experience and geographic location of the individual candidate. The compensation range reflects base rate only.)Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
