We are hiring a Real Estate Agent Recruiter to drive agent growth for the team. You will own the full recruiting pipeline: sourcing, outreach, screening, and moving candidates through to signed, onboarded agents. Our target is 8+ new agents per month, and you will be the engine behind hitting and beating that number.This is a relationship and activity-driven role.
