(Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)Key Responsibilities:Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry through deliveryCoordinate shipments, transportation requirements, and customer ordersEnsure accurate pricing, inventory availability, invoicing, and order fulfillmentInvestigate and resolve customer issues, shipment delays, deductions, and discrepanciesWork closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Sales teams to improve service performanceAnalyze service metrics including order fill rates, on-time delivery, invoice accuracy, and case fillMaintain customer scorecards and supply chain reportingUtilize SAP, Excel, and reporting tools to manage data and operational insightsSupport process improvements and customer service excellence initiativesKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Bachelor’s Degree OR 4+ years of related experience1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order Management, Transportation, or LogisticsStrong Microsoft Excel skills including data manipulation and reportingExperience with SAP or similar ERP systemsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environmentExperience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholdersConsumer Products / CPG industry experienceEDI order processingTransportation or logistics coordinationSupply chain analytics and reportingCustomer deduction resolutionOur client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
