This role manages accounting staff, reviews financial records, and supports strategic financial planning.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and all general ledger reconciliationsPrepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEnsure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal company policiesManage month-end and year-end close processesCoordinate audits and serve as primary support for the CFO in working with external auditorsDevelop, document, and improve accounting policies and internal controlsMonitor budgets, forecasts, and variances, providing insights to managementSupervise, train, and evaluate accounting staffSupport financial planning, reporting, and special projects as neededOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standardsProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and SharePoint.Skills And CompetenciesMust have Blackline experienceLeadership and team managementAttention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEthical judgment and integrityWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.Benefits401(k)Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceSTD/LTD InsurancePaid time off11 paid holidays
