This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to build a territory, establish meaningful client relationships, and grow your income through uncapped commission potential.In this role, you'll represent our comprehensive portfolio of ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep apnea treatment, wound care, and diabetic solutions to healthcare providers, hospitals, and referral sources.Work EnvironmentThis role requires extensive territory coverage across Michigan's Upper Peninsula, involving regular face-to-face client interactions, relationship building, and sales strategy. You'll work independently with full autonomy while maintaining strong collaboration with team members, balancing strategic account development with comprehensive service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct face-to-face sales calls establishing and maintaining relationshipsPartner with doctors, hospitals, sleep labs, wound clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and home health agenciesMeet or exceed monthly sales quotasContinually educate clients on services, equipment, and medicationsMarket offerings to new prospectsDiscuss patient care respectfully and confidentiallyBuild and maintain solid relationships with internal and external customersQualificationsRequired:Four-year college degree or equivalent experienceValid driver's license with clean driving recordStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with proven sales potentialAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelComfort discussing patient care respectfully and confidentiallyPreferred:Experience in respiratory or medical salesBackground in oxygen, CPAP, ventilators, wound care, or diabetic suppliesDME (Durable Medical Equipment) sales experienceLeadership experienceAbility to simplify complex topics and build trustPhysical DemandsLift and carry office equipmentRequires sitting, walking, standingTalking and listeningClose vision for computer/tablet workUnderstanding of home medical equipmentComfortable using office equipmentCompany DescriptionTechLink Systems is a national provider of staffing services with offices all over the USA as well as development and support centers globally.
