In particular, includes Utility Services field teams for the implementation of the Consent DecreeWorks with the Division Manager to ensure that the field teams are able to draw on the experience and knowledge of Utility Services leadershipAdvises municipal mayors and other political offices, as well as their executive staff on setting-up/operation of jobs that will impact their constituents and municipal operationsEnsures that field teams undertake appropriate and ongoing training activities. This includes substantive input into this work as well as direct participation in the activitiesDrafts and submits regular reports on the substantive work of the field teams, including team and individual Work Plans and Outcomes/Results Reports.
