Whether in science, engineering, operations, or business, each AAViator contributes to solving some of the most complex challenges in genetic medicine.Responsibilities:Execute AAV upstream, downstream, and QC-support workflows in support of team production and development prioritiesMaintain accurate, timely documentation in lab notebooks and operational tracking systemsSupport process development experiments through careful execution, troubleshooting, and data captureContribute to shared lab operations, including sample handling, inventory, and SOP updatesPartner closely with team members to coordinate work, surface issues early, and maintain execution qualityWork with urgency and adaptability, balancing innovation with execution.Collaborate cross-functionally, leveraging Dyno’s high-trust, high-impact culture to drive results.Basic qualificationsBachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, chemical engineering, molecular biology, or related field4+ years of relevant lab experienceDirect hands-on experience with AAV production in a research, biotech, or process-development settingHands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniqueExperience following structured lab workflows with strong attention to detail and documentationAbility to work effectively in a team-based lab environment as company and project priorities evolveWillingness to push the boundaries of work through the use of AI.Alignment with Dyno’s core values - We seek individuals who step up when things get tough, recalibrate when priorities shift, and thrive in a high-expectation environment.A proactive, problem-solving mindset - you don’t just identify challenges; you find solutions.Preferred qualificationsHands-on experience with AAV downstream processing, including depth filtration, affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, and UF/DF workflowsExperience with QC support, sample tracking, or inventory management systems in a biotech or research settingExperience supporting process development or CMC activities for AAV or related biologic productsThe CompanyAt Dyno Therapeutics, we are a high-energy, high-impact team on a mission to build high-performance genetic technologies that transform patient lives.
