About the Role We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who is equal parts creator, communicator, and collaborator. In this role, you'll produce written, visual, and video content that fuels our marketing campaigns, strengthens our internal communications, and supports key initiatives across the organization. This is an inoffice role in Richardson, TX-perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fastmoving environment. What You'll Do Content Creation Write original copy for social media, blogs, emails, SMS, website updates, and internal communications Design visual assets using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools Produce and edit short-form videos for internal and external audiences Adapt content for different channels, audiences, and contexts Channel Execution – External Publish and manage organic social media content Monitor engagement and route questions to the appropriate teams Manage online reviews and reputation platforms using approved guidelines Channel Execution – Internal Publish content to the SharePoint intranet Draft and deploy internal emails Update internal monitors with key announcements Support basic video publishing and editing for internal use WebsiteFront-End Content Update WordPress pages, landing pages, and forms Refresh front-end content to support campaigns and company initiatives Campaign SupportQA Build and QA emails, SMS messages, and related assets Support the launch of marketing campaigns and internal communications ReportingOperational Support Maintain content calendars and project trackers Compile reports related to campaigns, vendors, and communication performance What You Bring 2–3 years of B2C marketing or communications experience Strong writing skills with focus on clarity, tone, and audience Experience creating basic graphic design and short-form video content Familiarity with WordPress, social scheduling tools, and collaboration platforms Sharp attention to detail and strong execution skills Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Operations, IT, and leadership Why You'll Love Working at DebtBlue A mission-driven team that helps real people make life-changing progress A positive, collaborative culture that values growth and integrity Opportunities to own creative work and make a visible impact Ready to Join Our Team?
