What To ExpectHouston's packaging engineering team is seeking a Sr. Packaging Technical Project Manager to lead the scheduling, risk management, and status communication for innovative packaging programs, collaborating closely with packaging engineers to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions tailored for the Megafactory. These solutions must effectively protect products while seamlessly integrating with automated material flow and manufacturing lines, all while ensuring financial viability. In this role, you will partner with a broad cross-functional team—including supply chain, design, planning, manufacturing, and material flow stakeholders—to identify, prioritize, and execute packaging projects that support production ramp-up and drive overall cost reductions. As a thought leader, you will spearhead solution development and project execution, building deep expertise in the Packaging development process and returnable operation.
