Responsibilities - Maintain and optimize the operation of various cloud-based systems, ensuring seamless performance and security.Set up and manage administrator and service accounts, keeping system documentation and tenant inventory up to date.Allocate mass storage resources and install system-wide software for robust cloud infrastructure.Coordinate with network administrators to ensure integrated network-cloud functionality.Respond rapidly to large-scale virtual resource events, such as VM and storage instantiation.Troubleshoot and resolve critical software and system failures to minimize downtime.Identify, propose, and implement technical solutions for automation, efficiency, and scalability. Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in cloud administration.Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, system performance tuning, and documentation.Experience handling virtual machines, storage resources, and large-scale events in cloud environments. Preferred Skills - IAT-2 certification.One or more cloud-specific certifications within 6 months of hire (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).Proven experience with cloud automation tools and scripting.
