In addition to highly competitive salaries, we offer a bonus program, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase program comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, including a robust wellness program paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick days and much more.Expected salary range of $28.02 to $34.25, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).Primary Purpose of PositionThe Pre-Journeyman - Plumbing Service technician performs a wide range of plumbing services for residential customers and promotes the sale of all other services offered by our Company to customers.Primary Duties and AccountabilitiesInstalls and modifies existing plumbing equipment according to installation instructions, supervisor instructions and all applicable county or city codes.Performs minimal service on steam boilers with supervision.Performs a wide range of plumbing services to include repair or replacement of faucets, toilets, domestic water lines and drain lines.Modifies and fabricates pipe fittings as needed per installation.Identifies electrical, plumbing and safety problems that apply to the installation and takes necessary corrective action.Performs clerical duties necessary to complete requests for service.Minimum QualificationsApprentice License holder for 4 yearsCompleted 7,500 hours of training under control and direction of a licensed master plumberAdvanced knowledge of the tools and materials related to the plumbing service fieldMust possess advanced ability to read, interpret, and apply information from blueprints, specifications, and schematicsAdvanced ability in the usage of sewer cleaning machinesAdvanced skills in customer relationsDemonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writingAdvanced skills in sales with the ability to recommend and promote all services offered by the companyAbility to work weekends and overtimeEligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license
