Contract Recruiter (Remote) supporting a Catholic Organization

Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) is looking for someone with 2- 3 years of recruiting experience to help us with our recruiting efforts. We recruit for Catholic Cemeteries and Funeral Homes across the United States – interesting and rewarding work!Work from home as an independent contractor earning an hourly rate with the availability to visit a few sites. Work time would vary from approximately 10 to 30 hours per weekHourly Rate is $35 an hourContract would be for 6 monthsResponsibilities:Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needsScreening resumesPerforming phone interviews with candidatesAdministering appropriate company assessmentsPerforming reference and background checksMaking recommendations to hiring managersCFCS is a nationwide organization providing management, turnaround, and start-up services to the Catholic Church’s cemetery and funeral ministries.
