Role Description We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to manage supplier relationships and optimize procurement processes for our on-site facility located in Brownsville, TX. This is a full-time role where responsibilities include evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, developing supplier relationships, and overseeing procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency, timely delivery, and high-quality materials. The position requires collaboration across departments to align supply chain strategies with company objectives. Qualifications Expertise in Supplier Evaluation and Supplier ManagementExperience in Contract Negotiation and Procurement processesProven skills in Supplier Development and fostering long-term supplier partnershipsStrong analytical abilities for cost-saving strategies and decision-makingEffective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in manufacturing or related industries is a plusProficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software
