Demolition Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation on our demolition projects. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with employees. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields. Pay will be discussed & based on experience in construction industry. We cover the whole state of NC & VA, so you also must be comfortable traveling if needed. A company vehicle will be provided to you if you meet our requirements.  ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliabilityManage the daily functions of the demolition projectsPrepare and reevaluate processesEnsure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followedMaking sure employees are working proficientlyManaging demolition jobs (sometimes multiple at a single time)Sometimes you will need to work on jobs too when neededQualifications4+ years of experience in a similar roleStrong organizational and communication skillsAble to speak Spanish is preferred but not required (Must be able to speak English)Strong ability to multitaskAble to read plans / blueprintsAble to work weekends if neededClean driving record / experience pulling trailersKnowing how to operate equipment (excavator, skid steer, scissor lifts, etc.) is preferred but not required
