Project-focused accounting role supporting financial tracking across multiple active jobs. Responsible for monitoring costs vs. revenue, supporting forecasting, and providing insights to drive project performance.ResponsibilitiesTrack project costs, budgets, and profitabilityAnalyze variances and support cost-to-complete estimatesPrepare monthly forecasts, cash flow, and reportingPartner with PMs on budgets, billing, and change ordersAssist with subcontractor tracking and internal allocationsSupport leadership with planning and ad hoc analysisRequirements5+ years in construction or project accountingBachelor’s in Accounting/FinancePOC accounting knowledge preferredStrong Excel and ERP systems experienceSolid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and controlsStrong communication and attention to detailCompensation: $115,000 – $120,000Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
