Freelance Production Coordinator

Position OverviewOur client, a growing agency, is looking for a freelance Production Coordinator to assist their team part-time through July starting this week. This is a fully remote role and will be ~ 20 hours per week through 5/11, and then 10 hours per week through early July.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate pre-production and light post-production for a multi-city intern orientation programManage vendors and logistics related to catering, signage, and print/photo momentsOversee proofs, timelines, and deliverables across multiple locationsUpdate and organize event assets (e.g., trivia materials, supply lists) and track onsite needsTake detailed call notes, manage action items, and keep project trackers up to dateQualificationsIdeally 3+ years of experience in event coordination or production, preferably remoteStrong note-taking and follow-up skills for client and vendor callsHands-on vendor management experience (outreach, pricing, scheduling, logistics)Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, deadlines, and deliverablesExperience coordinating signage, print, and event-related materialsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
