DescriptionNow Hiring: Vice President of Security OperationsWe're partnering with a rapidly growing security services company based in Coral Gables that is looking to add a Vice President of Security Operations to its leadership team. This is a high-impact strategic role for a leader who can drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and client success.The VP of Security Operations will play a critical role in scaling the company's operations while helping expand its client footprint. This position combines operations leadership, sales strategy, and business development, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute growth strategies- Help drive the company's expansion across new clients, markets, and service offerings- Build scalable operational processes that support the company's rapid growthSales & Business Development- Support and lead business development initiatives to expand the client base- Build relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and service solutions- Identify new market opportunities within the security services industryOperations Management- Oversee day-to-day security operations and service delivery- Manage operational teams and ensure high levels of performance and accountability- Implement and monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and efficiency- Ensure service quality, compliance, and client satisfaction across all contractsPerformance & Process Improvement- Develop reporting and performance dashboards to monitor operational success- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, staffing models, and service delivery- Implement processes that drive scalability and operational consistencyQualifications- 8-12+ years of leadership experience in security services, operations management, or related industries- Strong background in operations leadership combined with sales or business development exposure- Experience managing KPIs, operational performance metrics, and team productivity- Proven ability to scale operations in a growing company environment- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on leadershipWhy This Opportunity Stands OutJoin a fast-growing security services company with strong momentumRequirements5+ years in the Security industryRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
