Senior Design Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Design (Art Director). Key Responsibilities Lead the development of creative concepts and integrated campaigns that align with brand strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design work is optimized for performance and brand consistency Provide leadership and mentorship to design team members, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Art & Design, or related field 5+ years of experience in graphic and/or digital design within an integrated marketing environment 3+ years of experience in people management and creative direction Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with design and motion tools Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
