We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for one of our clients in Corpus Christi, TX.Job Description:Provide direct nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plansAdminister medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocolsMonitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and healthcare teamsMaintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health records (EHR) systemsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plansRespond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventionsEducate patients, families, and staff on health conditions, treatments, and preventive careEnsure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standardsSupervise and guide Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and direct care staffQualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of TexasGraduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing)Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environmentExperience in long-term care, psychiatric, or developmental disability settings preferredWork hours:Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM shiftDuration: 6-month duration with the possibility of longerAbout Us:
