Strong global focus.A global multinational biotech/MedTech company is adding a Sr Product Manager to their global marketing team. Their portfolio of products includes first-in-class diagnostic testing products used in hospitals, ERs and urgent care settings to identify a significant, life-threatening condition. The game-changing revolutionary products feature hardware and software elements and significantly reduce time to assess and diagnose patient conditions.This is the first product of its kind, meets a significant unmet patient need and is a flagship product for the company with c-suite attention.The Opportunity:In this high-visibility assignment, you will serve as a franchise owner for this disruptive product portfolio and own both upstream and downstream elements for hardware and software. You will shape a new global market category and expand adoption in both traditional hospital/urgent care environment and novel care settings. You’ll create multi-year strategies to position this product as a new standard of care and show how it surpasses current assessment methods. You’ll identify and develop KOLs around the world. You’re someone who has deep clinical expertise, especially around market shaping and commercial mindset. You’ll drive global expansion, shape value proposition, expand market adoption and drive commercial strategies/tactics. You’ll also gather VOC, create product requirements and partner with R&D as you move products through development and to launch.You’re a good fit for this role if you enjoy leveraging deep clinical expertise to shape, define and build new product offerings, global marketing strategies and tactics. This is a high visibility role, so you’re someone who enjoys presenting to executive leaders and making/defending recommendations. You’ll work closely with cross functional partners in marketing, R&D, market access, med affairs, regulatory and legal. Overnight travel is estimated at 20-30%.Qualifications:8+ years of marketing experience in medical devices, diagnostics or pharmaceuticalsDemonstrated success in upstream and downstream marketing, especially for novel productsGlobal marketing experience is a strong plusStrong executive presentation and influencing skillsBachelor’s degree or better; MBA or equivalent preferredThis position will be based in New Jersey working onsite in-office.
